| The band I saw last night at The Derby was "Swing Sinners!" Finally back from tour, these guy's blow all dance bands off the floor, period. One of the few true Boogie pianist keep you dancing all night with his left hand, while Jimmy jumps into singing a few here and there. This Band has really friendly musicians that have been around way before this swing thing re-bounded, therefore they LOVE the dancers. They also have enough respect for the music to dress nice. Almost all Boogie Woogie at medium to fast Lindy tempos! I can't think of a better small dance band, and that's my opinion. A+ | |
